Services are provided in English. We may accommodate Bahasa Malaysia by arrangement.
4. Fees and Payment
Fees for our services are set out on this website and confirmed in writing prior to engagement. Quoted starting fees apply to the scope described. Work beyond that scope will be discussed and agreed in writing before proceeding.
Payment is accepted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Details of accepted payment methods will be provided in the engagement letter. Outstanding fees may attract interest as specified therein.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Fees paid for completed consultations are generally non-refundable. Disbursements already incurred on your behalf are not refundable.
5. User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and complete information when contacting us or during service delivery.
- You must not use this website for any unlawful purpose.
- You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this website or associated systems.
- You must co-operate with us as reasonably required to deliver the agreed services, including providing documents and instructions in a timely manner.

Documents prepared for you as part of a legal engagement remain the property of the firm until all outstanding fees are paid.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes arising from your use of the website or our services shall first be referred to informal resolution. If unresolved, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
Complaints about professional conduct may be referred to the Malaysian Bar Council's disciplinary process.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the website after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
